• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spin equivalent, or matched deposit awarded by hk77 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited directly by the player that are not subject to additional wagering requirements beyond normal game play.

hk77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, manipulation, collusion, or violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In the event of closure due to breach of these Terms, hk77 may forfeit any balance held in the account after deducting amounts equivalent to any bonus funds claimed.

All hk77 deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hk77 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on hk77 is 500 PKR unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited to the account and will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by hk77 within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification having been completed. Processing times by individual payment providers — including Easypaisa and JazzCash — are outside hk77's control and may vary.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the same hk77 account. This anti-money-laundering requirement is non-negotiable. hk77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request exceeding 50,000 PKR.

• Players must have completed at least one real-money wager before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement in full before they can be included in a withdrawal.
• hk77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by payment providers are outside hk77's control.
• hk77 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or technical outages beyond hk77's direct infrastructure.

hk77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalent credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to your hk77 account as Bonus Funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they convert to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements for bonuses are specified in the relevant promotion description. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on hk77 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

Decisions by hk77 on void bets are final.

hk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Pakistan player base. hk77 provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you after a set period of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your hk77 account for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed for gaming or deposit purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from hk77. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. hk77 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

hk77 does not permit the use of its platform by individuals who are aware that they have a gambling problem. It is your responsibility to use hk77's responsible gaming tools proactively. hk77 accepts no liability for gaming-related harm that arises from a player's failure to use available responsible gaming tools.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hk77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one hk77 account simultaneously or in sequence.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the hk77 platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the hk77 platform in a manner that circumvents normal player behaviour.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game environments.
• Chargebacks on deposits that have been legitimately received and wagered on the hk77 platform.

All content on the hk77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the intellectual property of hk77 or its third-party licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any manner without the prior written consent of hk77.

Third-party game software and content available through the hk77 platform is owned by the respective game providers and is governed by their own intellectual property protections. hk77 holds valid licences from all third-party providers whose games appear in the hk77 lobby.

hk77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hk77 makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, hk77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hk77 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction where the affected game round cannot be determined;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any banking institution;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the hk77 platform;
• Losses attributable to incorrect information provided by the player during registration or verification.

Nothing in these Terms limits hk77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

hk77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hk77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Continued use of hk77 services following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using hk77 services and may request account closure by contacting hk77 support.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were last materially updated. hk77 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain aware of the governing rules.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a player and hk77 relating to any aspect of these Terms or gaming activity on the platform, the player should first contact hk77 customer support to seek informal resolution. hk77 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter in writing to hk77's complaints team at [email protected]. hk77 will provide a final written decision within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the written escalation.
